Position: Business Analyst

Salary: 90K – 100K
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to summarize technical data/results quickly for non-technical audiences.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools
Plus:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Analytics Background
Day to Day/Responsibilities:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst that will serve as the right-hand man to the VP of Engineering, specifically the Medium Uninterruptable Power (UPS) line of business. This individual will work hand and hand with the electrical, mechanical, product offering, and finance teams to achieve a variety of goals. Some overarching responsibilities are included but are not limited to - data analysis and reporting, providing incite on monthly budget and expenses, and stakeholder communication. This individual will need to come from a manufacturing, or supply chain background (NOT IT) and will need very strong communication skills. The client is open to new grads, preferably MBA grads, but they will need to have at least one year of internship experience in desired fields.
